libcv-bridge-dev software package provides cv_bridge Robot OS package - development, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcv-bridge-dev
libcv-bridge-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcv-bridge-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcv-bridge-dev *
You will get with libcv-bridge-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
